Cold pressed with wild rosemary from the Aegean hills
Şirince is a small whitewashed village tucked into the hills above ancient Ephesus — where olive trees have been tended for centuries and wild rosemary grows between the groves. The oil here carries the character of that land: clean, aromatic, alive.
Fresh rosemary is cold-pressed alongside hand-picked olives to create a botanical infusion with no artificial flavoring. Just the herb and the olive, as they have grown side by side in these hills for generations.
